Here’s a great dynamic from the hey-day of Sennheiser’s dynamic production. This microphone is super cardioid, quite directional and has a frequency response of 80hz-13.5khz. It’s small but quite heavy, and a tone machine!
This one has new internal foam and a new XLR tail added. Original case included.
It’s a great microphones for guitar cabs, snare drums, or as in the video below, acoustic and vocals. Originally marketed for consumer tape recorders, this is a great example of Sennheiser’s inability to produce anything “consumer” grade, it’s an excellent sounding microphone with smooth midrange and top end. Telefunken also sold these as model TD26. Get your hands on this excellent 70’s microphone!
